I was tasked with creating typography utilizing physical resources rather than digital technology for this assignment. I was instructed to choose a meaningful word and construct the text in a way that would enhance the meaning.
I chose to create the word "Change" out of bananas. I used bananas as I often find my bananas have gotten brown quickly after buying them and felt it they would work well within the timeframe I was alotted. In order to illustrate the passage of time I photographed the bananas over several days in addition to peeling and cutting the bananas to further push this idea of changing.
